Return and Refund Policy

Returns

We accept return requests within 30 days after delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Please contact us before sending any item back. Items returned without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. If an order has already been processed, shipped, or fulfilled by our supplier, it may no longer be possible to cancel it.

Non-Returnable Items

Used, worn, damaged-by-customer, or incomplete items cannot be returned.
