How We Fulfill Orders

Ontime Bazaar is an online retailer based in Rochester, New York. We do not manufacture the products we sell and we do not stock them in our own warehouse. Orders are fulfilled through vetted third-party suppliers and fulfillment partners, some of which are located outside the United States. Your order ships directly from the partner that stocks that item.

This is why our delivery estimate is 8–15 business days rather than two or three, and why items in a multi-item order may arrive separately in different packages. We would rather set that expectation clearly before you buy.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Standard shipping typically takes 8–15 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by location, carrier, and customs clearance.

Shipping Cost

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment. We offer free standard shipping on eligible U.S. orders over $50 when the promotion is active at checkout.

Customs and Import Duties

For orders fulfilled by our international partners, any applicable duties or import taxes are covered by us. You will not be asked to pay additional customs fees when your package is delivered.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we will send your tracking information by email after your order ships. Please allow up to 3 business days after shipment for tracking to update.

Delays

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs, weather events, public holidays, or address issues beyond our control. If you experience a delay, please contact us before opening a payment dispute so we can assist you directly.
