Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Perishable goods
  • Downloadable or digital products
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@ontimebazaar.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions within 1–2 business days.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for the same product. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective, in which case we will cover the return shipping.
